Some people have expressed concern about the possibility of MMI being used to invade a person’s privacy; however, MMI is not mind-reading technology. On the other hand, AI and MRI have already been combined to interpret patterns of activity in a human brain to reveal what the person is thinking. It’s rather basic at the moment, but it will advance.

I never though this would go anywhere since it is incredibly invasive, but it seems to be moving forward anyway.
And now we have the first recipient of neuralink on a huge podcast.
Something interesting he mentions, is that an action he intends will start happening before he “consciously” decides to do so.
I am surprised that there is no non-invasive BCI alternative, but it is wonderful for someone with his disability.
